APARTMENTS on the First Floor of the MESTRE CAMPOS is a
ONE Bedroom, fully furnished LUXURY apartment overlooking
palm and mango trees situated in a quiet area of Calangute
in the Northern part of Goa.
The
apartment is comprised of one DOUBLE Bedroom with
Balcony, an open plan Kitchen, Dining & Sitting
Room with a sofa – bed suitable for two and
a shower room/WC. Air conditioning and ceiling fans
are provided in both the rooms.
Cable TV, DVD player and an incoming telephone facility
are also provided.
The
Kitchenette area with balcony has a washing machine,
gas hob & fridge freezer, hot & cold water
and an inverter for uninterrupted power supply.
Other
amenities include linen, bath and hand towels (guests
are required to bring their own beach/swimming towels)
and a 5-day week maid service
The apartment can sleep 2-4 persons.
Rate:
100 £ /- per week - LOW SEASON : JUNE to OCTOBER
150 £ /- per week HIGH SEASON: NOVEMBER to MAY
depending on duration of stay and number of persons.

is no swimming pool in the complex but the fabulous
Calangute Beach is within easy walking distance. Shopping,
Banking & Transport are in the immediate vicinity.
Getting
to Goa: There are several direct charter flight from
many countries to Dabolim, Goa or connecting from
Mumbai (Bombay). We can have you met at the airport
with an air conditioned / non-air conditioned vehicle
according to your preference.
